Welcome to our new Adult Fitness Program at Desert Edge Dance Company! We’re thrilled to introduce mat Pilates, yoga, and Barre classes. Training in a professional dance studio offers unique benefits, with our spacious, clean, and organized facilities providing an inspiring and serene setting for your fitness journey. Our community-oriented atmosphere and experienced instructors focus on flexibility, strength, and alignment, ensuring you get the most out of each session. Whether you’re a dance parent wanting to stay active or someone seeking a new fitness challenge, our classes are here to help you achieve your goals in a welcoming and motivating space.

Meet your instructor, Samantha Sullivan.

Samantha has over 25 years experience teaching, coaching, and choreographing dance and acrobatics.  She was an artistic gymnast in her youth, turned rhythmic gymnast in her teen years and eventually made the natural transition to ballet. Samantha danced professionally for 4 years with Southwest Ballet Company in Pittsburgh, PA.  Following her dancing years, she joined the circus! Samantha was a trapeze artist in both Seattle, WA and Culver City, CA.  She has taught all styles of dance, but is particularly drawn to acrobatics as it is a mix of everything she loves; dance and gymnastics. In addition to her dance background, she also holds a certification in yoga, pilates and barre! When not in the studio she can be found hiking, baking, or spending time with her husband and four cats.

We are currently offering $5 “lunch time” trial classes July 9-11 & July 16-18. If the times don’t work for you, contact us to let us know what works best.

Due to our current registration system being set up for youth dancers, when registering for adult classes, please set up the account with yourself as the ‘parent’ and then add yourself again as the ‘student/child’ to register for the class.
